Windy Hollow is located just outside of town in the river crescent. The houses are scattered all up the hill, stacked on top of each other like cairns. The people inside them grow food they bring to the market every Sunday. EVERYONE goes to the Hollow for “Holloween”, as they call it. Every house is decked out, serving spiked cider, and tossing candy to the little ones.
